“Kruug Never Loses”

Jackson Kruger is an Indiana-based artist and musician who started playing bass at eight years old.

From an early age, Jack was performing with other musicians, recording original music with a very limited toolset, and composing soundtracks for visual media. At age 16, he released his first soundtrack on Spotify for a video game he was helping produce at the time, calling it “Unofficial Soundtrack”. At 17, he wrote, recorded and released his first full-length EP with the help of a friend, under the band name “Sole Identity.” He recorded and mixed everything for both projects with only his MacBook and GarageBand.

Jack is currently attending Berklee College of Music in Boston, MA where he is studying Film and Game Scoring. He has studied bass under several talented musicians, including Victor Wooten, John Patitucci, Joe Santerre, Anthony Nembhard and Christopher Loftlin.

In his freshman year at Berklee, he co-founded the rock band “Geneva” with Leah “Eve” Anderson, Gina Daly, Tyler Lee Tate, Andrew Atkison and Haojin Song. He co-wrote, performed, and recorded original music with the band from 2023 to 2025, going on tour with them in the summer of 2024. One of the band’s singles, “Conscious” has 54,000 streams and climbing.

Jack recently co-wrote and recorded a song called “Clutch” with artists Melanie Faye and Taye Dever under his artist name, “The Kruug”. The song has 10,000 streams after a month of being released. He plans on working with these artists extensively over the next several years.
